Our company has
a “no solicitation policy”?
Kiosk Connections services are a convenience benefit
to employees and a great fund raising vehicle. Our services
are designed not as a solicitation but rather a benefit
for employees. back

If we let in one vendor will we have to let in every vendor?
No. When Kiosk Connections manages your Vendor Program you have complete control over your program. You can restrict merchandise, services, vendors, etc. that you may not want marketed at your location(s). You can limit merchandise to cash & carry items only - no services or direct sales companies. Kiosk Connections manages all your requirements and each vendor goes through the same screening process. Our service is a shopping convenience for your employees not an opening for solicitation. back

Our employees
may have family or friends who want to market their
products at our location. What do we say to them?
Please have them contact us at info@corpkiosks.com.
We welcome new vendors who meet our quality standards.
After completing our screening and application process
they may have access to available Vendor Days at your
location, as well as other participating
companies. back

What if we
have more than one location?
No problem! We can accommodate a variety of locations
that may have distinctly different requirements. We’re
prepared to set up programs for you in different buildings,
towns, and states; on different days and at different
times depending on the requirements of each location. back

Will Vendor
Days interfere with the time our employees spend doing
their jobs?
Absolutely not! On the contrary, our research indicates
that employees take less time away from work when they
can quickly pickup a gift onsite rather than leaving
the office to drive to a shopping center.

What if we
don't have an Employee Activity Committee and we're
not set up to take money?
Kiosk Connections will be happy to facilitate donating
your company fee to your favorite charity. We will also
provide you a statement of activity so you can track
your donations. back

How much
time will our resources be required to dedicate to managing
this program?
Kiosk Connections handles all details associated with
vendors; screening, scheduling, communicating instructions
and information, cancellations, and payments for display
areas. Our services are designed to eliminate the time
corporate resources dedicate to the Vendor Days. We
ask only that you provide display tables and promote
your Vendor Day Program. back

Scheduling
and Cost
How often can I
use Kiosk Connections services?
All the time! You decide which days to make available
and how often. Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,
etc. In addition, our web site is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Participating
organizations have unlimited access. back
to top
How often
can vendors book a Vendor Day with my organization?
You can limit the number of times a specific Vendor
comes to your location. Our services ensure vendors can only book as often as your program allows. You
also decide the frequency of your Vendor Days, daily,
several days a week, weekly, etc. In addition,
Kiosk Connections services are flexible. You can
increase or decrease frequency depending on the time
of year. For example, during the holiday season
you might want your Vendor Days to be more frequent. back
to top
How often
are Vendor Days usually scheduled?
Each organization sets its own booking schedule: daily,
weekly, bi-weekly, or as frequently as you wish. Some
of the larger organizations host vendor days 5 days
a week, allowing multiple vendors to display their products
in several different locations throughout the premises.
Kiosk Connections is a flexible service and we can work
with you to determine the right frequency for your organization. back
to top
How will
I know which vendors are booked at my organization?
We provide an on-line calendar with detailed information
about the vendors that are booked at your location.
You can share on-line calendar with Security, HR, Facilities,
Building Management, your Front Desk and any other number
of departments or people in your organization, including
“read only” access for your employees. In
addition, your on-line calendar will indicate the dates
that are "booked", and provide a link to the
Vendors and their product information. back
to top
How do I
know another vendor with similar products will not be
booked on concurrent Vendor Days?
We prevent vendors with similar products from booking
at the same location within a two week time period –
one week prior and one week following the scheduled
Vendor Day. back

Can we cancel
a Vendor Day?
Yes. However, we appreciate a one week advanced
notice so we can notify Specialty Retail Vendors of
the cancellation. back

Vendors,
Displays, and Products information
Where should
the display area be located?
Vendor displays should be set up in convenient areas
of maximum exposure. You want employees to have
easy access. Many companies set up their display
areas in or near their main cafeteria, or outside their
company store; while others provide space near their
main entrances, elevators, or well-traveled corridors. back
to top
How much
room should be provided for the vendor display?
In general, the participating organization will provide
2 to 8 six-foot tables, with 12 to 48 feet of tabletop
space. If there is enough space, additional tables may
be provided. Or, when space allows, many companies allow
vendors to use their own display equipment. In those
cases, the companies simply designate the measurements
of the space allotted and the vendors set up within
those parameters. Arrangements can also be made for
Kiosk Connections to provide display tables. back
to top
What are the Arrival
and Departure procedures?
We work with each organization to document your procedures
for arrival and departure times and the steps to be
followed upon arrival at a particular location, including
directions to the vendor display area. Additional
information such as elevator size and location, stairs,
etc. is also documented. back
to top
Are there any restricted
products?
Our Vendor Day program is designed to complement the
existing benefits you provide for your employees.
Each organization has the ability to restrict products
and services that may compete with other benefits you
provide, or products or services that you don’t
want made available on your premises. Kiosk Connections
communicates your specific product restrictions to vendors. back
to top
What is a
Specialty Retail Vendor?
Specialty Retail Vendors are entrepreneurs who operate
carts, kiosks, temporary in-line stores, and independently
owned gift shops, selling a variety of products and
services. Often they can be artists who make handcrafted
products, or resellers of pre-made products. back
